What Causes Rashes All Over Body Along With Hair Loss And Rectal Bleeding?

i am a female 44 years and i have a conditions that doctors can t figure out, my symptoms are, severe skin rash over all my body, burning of the skin & swelling, hair loss, rectal bleeding, fatigue. my doctor currently has me on 5mg of predisone which keeps it under control, however i do not want to be on steriods for the rest of my life..... can you help???
