What Causes Rashes All Over Body, Blood In Urine And Enlarged Liver?

Hi, my boyfriend has a rash over his entire body, blood in his urine and was told by the nurse after an x-ray that his liver is enlarged and his sugar levels are crazy. They took blood and said they are concerned but no idea what it is. any suggestions? I'm worried. He also said that he was having stomach pains and getting dizzy and extremely tired.
