What Causes Rashes All Over The Face?

Yes, I have a red like rash that appears on my face and is spreading along with a white crust. Sometimes a thin hair like white crust will appear or round one. My body is heated inside and I was diagnosed with herpes some time ago but never experienced this rash. It's been going on since August of last year as I've taken anti fungus cremes,cortisone or bacteria cremes. No one seems to know what it is?
