What Causes Rashes And Lumps Filled With Puss On Wearing Ornaments?

i am 17 years old, 5ft 6, 10 1/2 stone with no medical history and i began having problems wearing some necklaces and all earlings, including gold around a year ago, i got a rash on my skin or lumps in my ears, the lumps in my ears have not gone down and often fluctuate in size (up to about the size of a pea) at the back of my ear, it often produce puss or blood and irritates or hurts, what is it and how do i get rid of it?
