What Causes Rashes And Pain In Penis?

For the past week or so I been having discomfort in my penis. Severe pain. I also realised some rashes appearing. I am really scared and want to get tested immediately. I have a medical check up which came back fit to work. Please can you advise the nearest clinic I can get tested in Doha? What does this pain mean?
