What Causes Rashes And Red Spots On The Penis Head?

Sir I am a married man of 45 years and had by mistake a causal oral sex only and that too for few mintues with somone in January. After about one week I had some very small pimples on the penis head. I had taken treatment from a general practioner and he had given Zocon _ A S Kit and Panderm cream to apply. Those got cured in around 2-3 weeks. That was the first and last time I had casual sex. Now again for last 2-3 days I have small two rashes/red spots on the penis head. This I relaised the next morning I had sex with my wife. Although I wore condoms after initial few minutes. What disease I may have contacted? Do u think Herpes? Now these seem to somewhat subsiding but I am firghtened and tensed. what should I do. Do you have nay doctor whom I can consult? venereologist/dermatologist?
