What Causes Rashes And Swelling In Legs While Suffering From Cold?

hey, I just got a cold two days ago and I have rash-like blotches on the back of my legs between my thigh and calf. They do not itch but they do hurt. My legs are swelling where the rashes are and a few of the rashes are more pronounced. Some of the rashes are like blisters. Do you think this has something to do w/ my cold?
