What Causes Rashes Inspite Of Treatment For Scabies?

Got scabies and was prescribed premetherin cream..it works but after I still have some rashes and got new ones on my neck that went away in 2days..and I scrat ch h this one rash with bumps that look like moles I have three on mu right back side...is this normal
