What Causes Rashes On Arm, Back And Butt Cheek?

Hello doctor few weeks ago I got a rash all over my arms, tought it was a fungus so I sprayed anti fungus and went away. Now I'm breaking out all over my back and buttcheeks, no breakouts on the genital or mouth could it be herpes I'm sexually active. I'm 19 years old 6 feet 170 pounds. Im very paranoid going to the doctor tomorrow.
