What Causes Rashes On Cheeks And Forearms Of Child?

my 4 year old has a rash on his cheeks and forarms that looks like a sunburn, skin is smooth but splotchy in places. He was diagnosed with strep throat 4 days ago and has been on anti-biotics, the rash appeared last night. Any idea what this could be? No fever.
