What Causes Rashes On Chest?

I have hpv and I think I gave it to my girlfriend cause she has a rash on her chest. I haven't had it active for a long time but I had a cut on my penis due to a lube I used to masterbate. What kind of hpv would cause rashes and could I have spread it threw the cut.
