What Causes Rashes On Face After Using Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution?

I used Cindqmycin Phosphate Topical Solution USP, 1% (Pledges) the past two nights and my skin became agrivated, after washing my face I developed a rash all over my whole face which looks like a sunburn. My skin began to peal and was bright red. Many hours later it is still very red and sensitive, and still burns and hurts. What should I use or do to help it heal faster and get rid of the color?
