What Causes Rashes On Face,neck And Ears?

Three days ago I noticed a rash starting to form on my face. It is taking over my face my neck and my ears. I have not used any news medication or any new facewash or hair prodect. I'm not allergic to anything that I know of. What do you think is going on with this rash?
