What Causes Rashes On Forehead And Cheeks?

Hi....I'be just come off mt antibiotics after a year for acult acne and within 3 weeks off coming off I seem to have a breakout of little rashes on my forehead and cheeks my diet is mainly greens with fish and chicken
I'm worried that mt condition will return is there something I should or should not be doing to prevent this
