What Causes Rashes On Lower Legs, Hands And Forearm?

I have been on Champix 8 weeks now and have developed a rash on my lower legs and hands and forearms . It is a rash with small red bumps and extremely itchy . Is this likely to be the Champix ?? Nothing else in my diet or lifestyle or other meds have changed .
