What Causes Rashes On Scrotum/pubic Hair And Acne On Face/back?

I have some boil like rashes on my scrotum and on my pubic hair areas ,also acne on my face and back. No pains while urinating just itching on my scrotum if I stay long without bathing and was diagnosed with staph earlier and took some prescribed anti biotics.It didnt work after a while now its getting worse with more skin foruncles
