What Causes Rashes On Sides Of Eyes And Temples?

I'm taking 60 mg of prednisone for 6 days. This is day 3. I just noticed a rash on the sides of my eyes and temples that appear as red dots. They weren't there this morning. I'm also using a ProAir inhaler for the first time. I'm doing 4 puffs / 6 times a day for 4 days then 2 puffs after that. Both are new to me. No dark circles though. Is this permanent?
