What Causes Rashes On Skin In Areas Of Tight Clothing?

Hello, I've noticed hives breaking out on my skin in areas of tight clothing, and at the site of my watchband. In addition, at times I'll wake up with welts that match the imprint of my nightgown on my skin. Is this dermatographic urticaria? What are some natural substances I could use to soothe the hives?
