What Causes Rashes On The Arms After An Abortion?

Hi there I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago now and about a week after I come out in a rash.

Firstly I had it all over my shoulder then it went down my arm, was really itchy! Then it went all over my stomarch and on the inside of my legs. I have been using an excema cream which has been taking away the itching but now the rashes! What could this be I'm really worried?
