What Causes Rashes On The Arms?

hey doctor i have sex with my girl friend after 3month i got some rashes on skin then after i have test hiv blood check up after 6 month and 3 weeks,i got my all reports last week,all are negative..but still im in worry about something...still i have some rashes on my arms...please tell me why
