What Causes Rashes On The Side Of The Face Down The Neck?

I have what appears to be a bumpy itch-less rash on sides of my face and down my neck . I have recently changed my face wash and moisturizer, it s been about 6 days since I started and the rash just started to appear yesterday getting worse today. Any advice? I stopped using the products but what can I do about rash now?
