What Causes Rashes On The Upper Chest And Back?

Dear Dr., thank you for making your services available. I had protected sex about 3 weeks ago with street worker, was tested and treated for chlamydia and gonn, diarrhea right after those antibiotics for two days , under extrem stress, chronic now for 2 weeks straight, have to take gravol to sleep everytime, have warm like sunburn feeling rash upper chest upper back , my tongue seems like it has a white film on it with some pimple like sores on inside cheeks, can these rashes and mouth thing be associated to high levels of cortisol allowing candida albicans to emerge , can stress really cause red rashes that feel like sunburn, i was tested and awaiting results, i read alot on internet and worry constantly, please help.
