What Causes Rashes On Upper Thighs?

I have a rash appearing over my body, it is like a love bite but is in many areas, predominantly on my upper thighs and butt cheeks. But also on my calves and now my arm muscles, I wondered what it could be? It doesn't itch or hurt, and isn't spreading very fast at all, but it is not large enough to cause concern.
