What Causes Raspy Cough Along With Swelling In Lymph Nodes?

I ve been sick for 4 weeks and I ve had a raspy cough and both glands are swollen and now my left side hurts to breathe and swallow and I have rapid cough attacks. I have hereditary angieodema and I work in the cold for 10hohrs a day and I dress warm but it feels like I find myself fighting for air or spit to keep my mouth from drying up.
