What Causes Rattling Sound In Chest While Breathing Along With Wheezing?

I have been having a rattle in my chest with wheezing. I can breath deeply and am a runner. I rode my bicycle 10 miles at 19 mph yesterday. It feels like a light phlegm or something when I breath out especially. Last week when eating a cherry tomato, the juice and seeds squirted down my throat and I got majorly choked. It seems like the rattle started after that. What could this be?
