What Causes Re-occurrence Of Endometriosis?

Hi I had a laparotomy due to endometriosis and endometrioma last July. I had a cystectomy on my righrt ovary. And under luprolex for 3 mos and had my first menstruation after luprolex last november. how soon does the endometriosis comes back?Thank you.
