What Causes Rectal Discomfort, Pelvic And Lower Left Abdominal Pain, Buttock Pain, And Gas After A Medically Induced Abortion At 14 Weeks?

I am a 19 year old female and I just recently had a medically induced abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol when the pregnancy was just entering it s 14th work the foetus and everything was discharged but I am now experiencing discomfort in my rectal and abdominal area ,my buttocks hurt , I m also experiencing sharp pain in lower left abdomen and pelvic area and also having gases what could be the cause
