What Causes Recurrent Abnormal Rashes On Body?

(24 year old female) 4 years ago I was living in the small island town of Cala Rajada in Mallorca Spain. I was walking out of my hotel job on a rainy day, I slipped and fell on my butt into some water on the side of the road. Instantly I felt a minty cool feeling where I had gotten wet and I walked home to shower. In the shower I shaved and noticed a small cut/abrasion about a cm long on my prepuce that was itchy and burned. Since then I have been getting the same cut/rash in The exact same place about once or twice a month also started feeling constanly bloated. The rash then started spreading to my hands and feet a year later. When I looked closely at the rash on my hands you could see small little vain-like boils. 2 years later and the rash was still coming and going every month but now I was starting to get needle pains in my hands and feet and they would go numb every day for a few minutes now at 4 years instead of the numbness sometimes I feel hot flashes but only specific parts of my body like only my arms or only my head or only my intestines. I ve now started to get nauseous and throw up constantly but that could just be that I m worried about what this could be. My pinky nail on my left foot has started to get like a little black stripe on it, sharp pains that move and go away after a few seconds and I noticed my pee is almost like a reddish yellow color . I have gone to countless family doctors, a neurologist, and a dermatologist. My first doctor told me it was candida which he gave me a cream for which kind of helped with the rash for a little so then I went to another doctor which worked with him and got a pap smear which came back normal and then she gave me a two week prescription of candida pills which didn t help, it just lowered the itchyness a little. When I went to a dermatologist I sat down with her for five minutes she looked at my rash and said it was eczema and sent me on my way. I started having memory problems and trouble concentrating so I went to a neurologist and got an mri and eeg which came back normal. I ve gotten a fungi test which I think covers 7 types of common fungi which came back normal, got my vitamin levels checked and I had a vitamin d deficiency, before the fungi tests came back I had started on turbinafine which stopped all the nerve pain, hot flashes, and numbness but not the rash. I continued taking it for about a month even though my fungi test was normal. At the month point it stopped working and everything started coming back. I m at my wits end I need help to figure out what this could be it just seems to get worse as time passes no one seems to have a clue of what it could be and I m afraid of what could happen if it keeps progressing.
