What Causes Recurrent Fever After Vaccination?

Hi .. My baby is 56 days old. Last week she had her 6 weeks vaccination . for past 3 days she has temperature around 99.9 to 100.5 . doctor has advised to 0.6 ml of fevago drops. But it reduces temperature only for 6 hours. After 6 hours the temperature again shoots up. Please advise
