What Causes Recurrent High Fever,stomach Cramps And Red Spots On Limbs?

Hello! Im 19 years old, female. Last week, I had a 3-day fever. It reached up to 38^C. Then I got well. After that, 3days ago, I had a fever again. Then yesterday, I vomited a couple of times the whole day. I got dizzy. I have stomach cramping, very very painful. I had chills but not so long. Then I have red spots on my arms and thighs. A lot of them.
