What Causes Recurrent Miscarriages?

Hi. I had two miscarriages before a live birth one of those miscarriage were twins. I had my daughter and then another miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy now. I've gotten tested from a fertility clinic and a specialist in Toronto for recurrent miscarriages and nobody has any answers. Do you know another approach I can take? I'm desperate
