What Causes Recurrent Vaginal Itching?

I have been experiencing reoccurring itching in my exterior vagina area for about 4 days. No odor or discharged aside from constant itching. On the 5th day a green discharged has begun and the itching has not stop. What can I do and what most likely is it? I also have experienced two yeast infections but never test positive for STDs.
