What Causes Recurring UTI After Surgery For Endometriosis?

I recently had surgery for endometriosis however I am still having some of the symptoms I had prior to surgery. I get constant UTI like symptoms that also affects my colon as I feel constipation followed with diarrhea. I have addressed this with both my inhumane urologist with no resolution. The urges used to be started with the start of my menstrual cycle however now I get them more frequently, any suggestions?
