What Causes Recurring Abdominal Pain And Nausea With Severe Sweating?

every morning and every night my stomach hurts and i have nausea so bad i sweat almost unbareable discomfort but it goes away with in like 30 min....i (have not had sex in 20 months..) why do u think? also my eye are very fluttery and i see stars with any up and down movement and everything turns black for about 10 seconds as i feel like im spinning.
