What Causes Recurring Acne Along With Dark Spots On Face While On Diane?

Hiii doctor, I am on hormonal medication for which i am taking Diane 35(cyproterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol tablts). But my acne problem has increased alot with dark spots all over my face. I didnt find any difference in periods after taking Diane 35.It is still very scare in amount.Can you please suggest something.
