What Causes Recurring Acne On Nose?

Hello...I'm a girl of 25 yrs old. I get pimples on my face very frequently particularly on my nose portion (not other portions). Having this problem for past 8 years. No medicines or lotions or creams are working out on this. Black spots stay in my nose and make me very ugly. So far used Salicylic face wash, Acne aid soap, Gycerin face wash, Clindamycin, dalacin tablets. Pl advice to make my face clean.
