What Causes Recurring Boils On Upper Eye Lid?

I am frequently getting boils on my upper lid or below the eye lashes. All say its due to heat. When i went to a Eye Doctor he said that there is nothing to worry and he gave me some drops and zoxan Tablet. Can you suggest what can be done to get rid of this.
