What Causes Recurring Boils On Vaginal Lips With Fishy Odor?

hi doctor..i've had this problem for many years now about 15 I would say. I have re-occuring boils on my vaginal lips and there is a stinky horrible fishy odor. there is constant discharge to the point where I always wear a pantyliner. it shows up about every 2 weeks or so and yes its extremely itchy. I can also feel the discharge coming out of the walls of the vaginal lips which is very uncomfortable. its so bad that showering and baths don't help. whenever I sit down on a public chair and get up I can smell it and I know others can too cause I see them looking around. I have been tested for std's and all test are negative, what else can I do? im tired of it...
