What Causes Recurring Bouts Of Abdominal Pain With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I am a 65 year old, white female. For years I have had bouts of severe abdominal pain with vomiting and diarrhea. The pain is excruciating and causes extreme fatigue. I know certain foods not to eat. This condition will usually wake me up during the night but sometimes during the day. I had a bout of this last week and have remained very fatigued, I have had studies done years ago to no avail.
