What Causes Recurring Bronchitis And Pneumonia Along With Asthma?

I have recently had a bout with acerbation of asthma, which I have had for most of my life (I m 51). For the last 10 years or so I annually get bronchitis or pneumonia several times per year. I also had a concussion 3 years ago, but MRI show no lasting effects. If I move my head quickly in any direction, I get pain in my forehead and on the sides and I get quite dizzy. This occurs after the illnesses described and sometimes when I m well. What do you suggest? Thanks very much.
