What Causes Recurring Brown Scaly Patch On Face With History Of Having Folliculitis?

Hi doc i had folliculitis 2yrs algo was treated for it by a derm. Then onr v yr ago 1n half yr ago brown scaly patchy appeard on my face (chin, upper lip n cheeks) and chest n was diagnosed for tinea versicolor . Derm gave me antibiotics and anti fungal. It was gone bt repeatedly its coming back again and again . Nothing is helping i hate eating medicines.please help. Going to derm again is so expensive
