What Causes Recurring Bruise On The Inside Of Arm?

Hi, I noticed a bruise on the inside of my arm yesterday that came up for no apparent reason. It is reasonably big with a lump in the middle which is also a reddish / white colour. Two weeks ago virtually the same bruise appeared just a few cm away from this new one.
