What Causes Recurring Bump In Vagina With UTI?

Im 20 years old and have an 18 month old son, I struggled with a recurring chlamydia infection when i was 16 til around the time I was pregnant. I have a bump that feels rather large that keeps appearing in exactly the same area everytime.. and each time it appears i feel a dull ache in the area and it later turns into a burning itching sensation but it hurts to the touch. Also I get UTI symptoms shortly after the bump shows up. I have been tested and treated for the first uti but didnt think to mention the lump but now that it has happened 3 times since im wondering what it could be. i have no insurance and want to know if this is something serious that i should go to the er for.
