What Causes Recurring Bump Like Pimple On Nipple?

Hi, I have a recurring bump similar to a pimple sort of by my nipple on my breast. I have never breast fed and I am kind of scared and wondering what it could be and if I should see a doctor. I squeezed it both times and pus came out and then blood, this has only happened twice, and in the exact same spot.
