What Causes Recurring Bump Under The Skin?

I have this hard bump under my skin, that every time I squeeze it it keeps coming back. When I squeeze it, white smelly stuff comes out (kind of like it would be a pimple) but I can never really squeeze it. It seems to be under my skin. I am worried it might be something serious. Its not visible if I don’t squeeze if for some time, then when I do it just gets dark red.
