What Causes Recurring Bumps And Tender Spot On Wrist?

I have this spot on my wrist where it s tender to touch, but there isn t a bruise. On top of that area that is tender there are these skin toned little bumps, that don t hurt. I know it s not a bruise because the tenderness will go away for a few days then it will come back on the exact same spot and stay for a couple days.
