What Causes Recurring Chest Congestion And Flu?

Iv had this broncitis, wish i thought was a cold then the flu, antibiotics predisone, for congestion , aches etc you name it i feel awfull 0 energy, over a month and recurring every couple of weeks. dont know if its mental i just need to feel better. help.
