What Causes Recurring Chest Pain While Suffering From Cold?

I have a cold and had chest pains on and off on the left side, very rarely but recently one or two have been sharp but they did not come back since 10 or 11 (it is 12 now). I just took my heartbeat monitor and it s at 102 (while I was standing up). Should I be worried? I am a 19 year old female.
