What Causes Recurring Dull Ache In The Limbs And Head?

I have been having on and off dull aches in both my arms and sometimes my legs, and feet. Most of the time my arm only hurts below the elbow, but it becoming more frequently in the whole arm. Sometimes this is accompained by chest pain. Other times it accompained by headaches. And others by an dull earache.
