What Causes Recurring Facial Angioedema?

i am a 17 years old male from india. i am 5ft 9inches and weigh 53kgs... i have been detected with angiodema. i have had swelling on my face 4-5 times in d past 2-3 months. presently i have swelling around my left eye. what are the possible causes of this conditions. i play cricket for my club for which i m constantly exposed to sun and dirt. i would like to know food items or other allergens that cause it. also i would like to know about d precautions and treatment for the same. i was given cetirizine by a local doctor yesterday evening but d swelling still exists.
